Most clients enjoy smooth results for three to six weeks, depending on individual hair growth cycles and aftercare. Regular waxing can slow regrowth and produce finer hair over time. We recommend scheduling sessions every four to six weeks for maintenance.

Some discomfort is normal during waxing, but pain is brief. We minimize discomfort with fast technique, skin support, and pre-wax cleansers. Apply a light numbing cream if needed or take over-the-counter pain relief thirty minutes prior; discuss options with your technician.

Hair should be about a quarter-inch long (roughly 5–7 mm) so wax can grip effectively. If hair is too short please wait a week or two. For longer hair we trim to an optimal length before waxing.

Exfoliate gently 48 hours before to remove dead skin, avoid moisturizers on the day, and wear loose clothing. Arrive with clean, dry skin and inform us of any medications or skin sensitivities to ensure safe treatment.

Avoid hot baths, saunas, heavy workouts, and sun exposure for 24–48 hours. Use a gentle, fragrance-free moisturizer and avoid exfoliation for 48 hours. If irritation occurs, apply a cool compress or recommended calming gel.

We assess sensitive or irritated skin during consultation. Minor sensitivities can often be waxed with a gentle approach and patch test. Active rashes, open wounds, or severe inflammation should be treated first; we’ll recommend alternatives if waxing isn’t suitable.
